  • Customers may apply for loans ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹1,00,000.
  • The repayment period on salary day.
  • The daily interest rate is up to 1% (Annual Percentage Rate [APR] is the monthly rate annualized).
  • All applications are subject to credit assessment, verification, and approval at our sole discretion.

4. Loan Approval & Disbursement

  • Upon approval, funds will be disbursed to your designated bank account.
  • Approval and disbursement timelines may vary depending on the completeness and accuracy of submitted information.

5. Repayment Terms

  • Borrowers agree to repay principal and applicable interest in accordance with the loan agreement.
  • Delays or defaults may attract late charges, legal action, and adverse reporting to credit bureaus, impacting your credit score.

6. Interest & Fees

  • The daily interest rate is up to 1% (APR calculated accordingly).
  • No hidden charges — all applicable fees are disclosed transparently during the loan application process.

7. User Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and loan application.
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities using the Site or Services.

9. Privacy & Communications

  • Your use of the Services is governed by our [Privacy Policy].
  • By registering or applying for a loan, you consent to receive service and marketing communications from Rupyalelo via email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, push notifications, and phone calls. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, designs, software, and other content on the Site are the intellectual property of ATM Capital Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Data Deletion Policy

At ATM Capital , your privacy and trust are paramount. We are committed to ensuring your personal data is handled securely and transparently. If you wish to permanently delete your account and personal data, please follow the process outlined below:

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Open the Rupyalelo App and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account / Request Data Deletion.
  4. Confirm your request. Please note: this action is irreversible.

What Happens Next

Confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp confirmation once deletion is complete.

Important Considerations

  • Irreversibility: Once deleted, your account and all data cannot be recovered.
  • Outstanding Loans: Requests will not be processed until all dues are cleared.
